2 best ways to reset avatars and garments after animation clo

After we created the animation, what would we do to have the Avatar back to where it was? In this video, Rose will share some quick tips on how to reset the avatars and garments back to the original pose (t-pose).

Full Script Below

After we created the animation, what would we do to have the Avatar back to where it was. I’m going to come over here to this animation tab once again and click on that twirling arrow and select the simulation

menu right there and now we don't really see our avatar.

OK, this is the avatar, just.

Right here, so I'm going to click on it.

The avatar, right

There, right-click and I want to move to the center, OK.

then this information box pops up.

The current motion will be deleted if you add the pose or position of the Avatar.

Do you want to proceed?

Yes, OK, so now I can see the avatar right in the center, but it still doesn't have the T-pose.

We want to have the T-pose.

OK, so I'm going to click on the avatar once again and then right-click. We want to reset join.

Click on that and now the join is

Reset. However, our dress is messed up.

So, what we are going to do here. We're going to click on this re-drape button, right there.

OK, re-drape 3d-arrangement, click on that.

Now, as you can see right here, our dress is just re-draped it, onto the avatar

However, I have another option that I want to show you.

Another option is.

I would have a snapshot of this dress as well as the Avatar first before I animate.

For example, I'm going to come.

Over here to this.

History panel click on it and as you can see right here, this is the snapshot that I created before I have.

The animation so I can delete this whole avatar for what I'm going to do here.

Just click on it and then.

Delete as well as the garment right here so.

Let me show

you marquee selects, delete all these garments

These whole things, and then I'm going to come over here to my history and right-click and I will select add to workspace.

And as you can see, right here, we just loaded that same exact garment and the avatar pose onto the workspace.

So I'm going to.

Click on that arrow right there to close that panel and I'm going to press a number 2.

So, as you can see right here now, we're not only completed the animation, but we also loaded the avatar and the garment back to the workspace.
