What Computer Is Best for CLO3D | Adobe Suite
With this blog, I will share with you three options about the computer that I use for CLO3D and Adobe Suite. I use these computers interchangeably for my daily design. I use them for clo3d as well as for adobe suite. I also want to share with you some tips whether you want to use the computer for work orschool.

When it comes to creating, we want some functional tools which allow us to create without stress. If you have a ton of money, it is not a big deal. However, many of us are just starting with clo3d, and we know very little about it.

Option Number 1: Desktop Computer for CLO3D and Adobe Suite
New XPS Desktop Tower for CLO3D Newer Model
This computer is my favorite. It is called the DELL XPS model 2018. Now, you can buy a newer model, and it is less than $1,300 see (DELL XPS New Computer) link to find out more about it. There are a few things that I want to point out. They are required by clo3d guidelines see the computer spec (CLO system requirements in detail Nov. 2020) link.
Pros: It works very smoothly. I never have any problems like overheating or slowing down while rendering. Furthermore, I can hook onto two monitors. It gives me more screen spaces to work. Cons: You pretty much need to stay in one location. It is not as easy to travel with compared to a laptop.
So, with this desktop computer, I hooked on two monitors. The monitor itself is roughly $150 each. See the link (Curved LED-Lit FreeSync Monitor) for detail.
I got them from amazon.com. If you are new to Amazon, I want to mention that they are customer-friendly. After you bought the items, and you are not happy with them. You can return the items within 30 days. For example, I bought my first MacBook Pro through amazon.com, and the laptop was overheating. Du to the situation, I contacted amazon staff and told them that the computer is overheated. And then, they respond the next day and prompt me to return the laptop.
Ok, back to the Desktop computer, I bought it from dell.com. They offer free shipping. Please, check out the link (New XPS Desktop) to find out more about it.
Option Number 2: A PC Laptop for CLO3D and Creative Suite
I Use this Laptop for CLO3D and Adobe Suite
If you are thinking of traveling, I would recommend checking out this laptop. It is called Acer Predator Helios 300 Gaming Laptop, Intel Core i7. I bought this laptop about a year ago, and it is still working pretty well. Please, see the link (Gaming Laptop, Intel Core i7) to find out more about it. Note: the laptop is sometimes a little slower compared to the desktop, but it works well for clo3d and creative cloud software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.

Pros: you can take it with you anywhere and work well with clo3d and adobe suite. Cons: you are working with this small screen compared to the desktop. It is running slow sometimes if you have many programs open in the background.
Options Number 3: MacBook Pro Laptop for CLO3D and Creative Suite
Great Laptop for CLO3D and Adobe Suite MacBook Pro 16 inches
So, if you are considering going to the design schools, I recommend buying Apple Computer. I want to go to school to get my master’s/doctorate in fashion/textile engineering. In addition to that, I want to travel to Europe with my family.
Now, we have to decide which Apple computers are best for clo3d and adobe suite. So, because of my situation in school and travel, I bought this MacBook Pro 16-inch laptop (Processor 2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7).
It took me about a month to select the correct MacBook Pro. During this month, of researching and testing many MacBook Pro laptops in many markets including, Amazon, BestBuy, Costco, etc.
To make the long story short, I bought his laptop from apple.com. It is roughly $2,400. Please, see the link (MacBook Pro 16″) to find out more about it yourself.
Pros: it is light to carry around with you and works fine with clo3d and adobe suite. Cons: it is getting hot sometimes if I open many programs in the background.
My Recommendations Are:
At least 16 GB of Ram
Intel Core i7
The latest model the better
Storage at 500 GB or More
