Why the Dart Does not show after right click clo 3d

Hi Claire, this is Rose to answer your question here, why when you have the right click on to the dart it doesn't give you the.

Option on creating the dart, so I'm going to zoom in a little bit and I'm going to show you why.

So for example, right here I have two.

Points right there, one point is on top of the internal line and the other point is on top of the pattern outline.

So if I hover my mouse onto that point right there, first of all, be sure you are on this edit pattern.

Tool right here, OK?

If you're not yet on it, click on it to select that tool right there.

Right there.

OK edit pattern tool.

Click on it.

Then hover the mouse onto the point and I'm going to right-click so as you can see right here.

It gives me many other options except.

To add dart OK, so it's giving me a delete point.

Lock, add notch.

But no add dart, so I'm going to press escape on the keyboard to get out of that.

Now I'm going to hover my mouse onto this instead.

See, right there, click on it just like that.

Let me zoom in a little more here.

So this is the

point that lay on top of the pattern outline OK.

So I'm going to right-click.

And nowhere that is. We can add a dart. We can add a notch and so on, so let's just select add a dart right there. And then, we can select.

Total width of

2 centimeter and the dart arm width which is automatically 1 centimeter.

On each side, as you can see, the right

Here and the length, let's just give it 14.

Imagine this is a skirt dart length, 14 roughly OK, and then I'm going to click on OK to confirm.

And that is what I need to do.

So, I'm going to press on return or enter on the keyboard to complete that dart.

Now we just created this perfect dart for the skirt and I hope this helps answer your question remember to sub and click on the bell because I'm going to create more.

Awesome videos, including how to make darts dresses.

darts skirts.

And much more.

Thank you so much for watching Designistas.
