Here are the key steps:

Creating the Pages

• Create 40 art boards with a page size of 7.5 inches by 10 inches.
• Set Bleed and Spacing to 0 (zero).

Creating the Borders

• Create borders for each artboard with a size of 7.5 inches by 10 inches.
• Use a 2-point stroke and no fill.
• Align the borders horizontally and vertically with the artboards.

Creating the Circles

• Create 0.5-inch (1/2-inch) circles with a gray fill and 70 percent opacity.
• Place one at each corner of every art board.

Numbering the Pages

• Use a font size of 120 and set the opacity to 70 percent.
• Place the page numbers about 1/3 from the top of each page and set the opacity to 70 percent.
