  • First, be sure to log on to your Etsy.com account
  • Go to the help center, click on this help center link (Etsy support)
  • Then you will land on this page here, “How to Get Help with an Order” 
  • Please scroll down until you see, “Still have questions?” 
  • Then click on the Get Help button 
  • Then, click on Buying on Etsy button and not Selling on Etsy
  • Help with an order
  • I still need help
  • Finally, click on the “Chat with us” button.
  • Then the Chart Box appears below in the right corner
