How to Draft a Basic Bodice Pattern in CLO

  • Select avatar Camila   
  • Change the size to (Missay-curvey_6)  
  • Creating the fabric, a back bodice: W: 26.5 x H: 62 cm 
  • Creating 8-horizon internal lines
  • Creating 6-vertical internal lines

How to Draft a Back Bodice Block Pattern in CLO

  1. Create a fabric: w:26.5 x h: 62 cm 
  2. Create 8 internal lines: 7 from the top (1.5, 3, 12, 14, 21, 35, 58), and 1 from the bottom (0.7). 
  3. Create 6 internal lines: All the internal lines are from the center (8.25, 16.75, 18, 19, 22, 23.5). 
  4. Convert all the internal lines to baselines. 
  5. Draft a back bodice.
  6. Curve the neck, armhole, and hem using the Curvature Tool except the waist using the Smooth Curve Tool (1.5 on each side).

    Creating Sleeve Patterns CLO 3D

  1. Create fabric for sleeve: W:19 x H:56 cm (see formula below) 
  2. Create 2 internal lines: 1 from the top (11 cm), and 1 from the bottom (0.7 cm) 
  3. Create 2 internal lines: from the center, 1st internal line: 9.5 cm, and 2nd internal line 13 cm. 
  4. Curve the sleeve cap and sleeve hem (see this video link).
