This Pen tool is located on the left-hand side of the adobe illustrator workspace. For example, I’m going to draw a line and triangular shape. Go to the pen tool and click on it. Then begin by clicking from point A to point B, make sure to press Esc or Enter to stop the path. We called this an open path. To draw the shape, again go to the pen tool, and click on it. Then begin by clicking from points A, B, C, and back to point A.

What Do We Use the Reflect Tool For? We use this  reflect tool to reflect  an object. This is my second favorite tool to use in  adobe illustrator . I will share why this tool is my second favorite. For this example, I am going to show you how to draw a perfect heart. I went ahead and drew half of the heart. Now, I am going to show you how to reflect it to the other side. First, the  marquee selects  this half of the heart (or we called it an object in illustrator). Then, click on the Reflect tool or press on letter O on the keyboard. Next, hold down Alt + click on the centerline. This will allow you to get a perfect reflection.  Make sure to select “Vertical” and 90 degrees Angle. I like to also click on the “Preview” to see where the object reflects. Then, click on Copy. After that, the marquee selects both objects and right-clicks. So, first of all, let me show you this is an example of my  men’s fashion flat shirt  and you can see these lines on the shirt which we do not want on the artwork. How to Change Unit from Millimeter to Centimeter or Inch in CLO3D Quick and Easy Tutorial Hello, Designistas welcome to Encoder Fashion. I’m Rose. Today I am going to share how to change the unit measurements from a millimeter to a centimeter or to an inch in CLO3D. So, we are landing here in the clo3d workspace. Next, we are going to Settings. Then, we will go to the User Settings and click on it. And here is the window popup. On the left-hand side text, we are going select User Interface and under Unit is the Unit System, along the line to the right click on this dropdown menu to expand and then select any units you would like.  In this case, I will select Centimeter because I use centimeter for all my pattern drafting as well as my sewing. Hi Claire, this is Rose to answer your question here, why when you have the right click on to the dart it doesn't give you the. Option on creating the dart, so I'm going to zoom in a little bit and I'm going to show you why. So for example, right here I have two. Points right there, one point is on top of the internal line and the other point is on top of the pattern outline. So if I hover my mouse onto that point right there, first of all, be sure you are on this edit pattern. Tool right here, OK? If you're not yet on it, click on it to select that tool right there. Right there. OK edit pattern tool. Click on it. Then hover the mouse onto the point and I'm going to right-click so as you can see right here. It gives me many other options except. To add dart OK, so it's giving me a delete point. Lock, add notch. But no add dart, so I'm going to press escape on the keyboard to get out of that. Now I'm going to hover my mouse onto this instead.
